FGRibreau SARL is a microenterprise within the meaning of directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and its French transposition: it employs fewer than 10 people and has an annual turnover or balance-sheet total not exceeding €2 million.

On that basis, FGRibreau SARL benefits from the exemption provided for microenterprises supplying services (Article 4(5) of directive (EU) 2019/882 and its transposition): the accessibility obligations of the European Accessibility Act do not apply to it for the online service getnobullshit.com.

Although not in scope, FGRibreau SARL applies accessibility good practices on getnobullshit.com in good faith: semantic HTML, hreflang attributes, colour contrasts, support for prefers-reduced-motion on animations, a focus-visible indicator, keyboard navigation and an internal search engine.
