Shipping & delivery times

Outside pre-order — access as soon as payment is confirmed. Your digital content is available from your My downloads area and a confirmation email is sent to you. (See the withdrawal exception applicable to digital content.)

On pre-order — made available on the opening date shown on the product page. The file is not yet downloadable; the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full until it is made available.

• Delivery zones: mainland France + European Union (other destinations on request).
• Timeframe: under Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, unless a different period is agreed, delivery occurs no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Usual indicative timeframe: 3 to 7 business days.
• Delivery costs: free shipping — shown before order validation.
• Transfer of risk (art. L216-4): the risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer when they physically take possession of the goods.
• Tracking: a tracking number is provided where applicable; status can be viewed from your account.
• Delay (art. L216-6): in the event of a missed deadline, you may rescind the contract after a formal notice left unanswered, and be refunded.
